Barbara and Ken were often assigned a new Air Force base to move to throughout his military obligations.    This meant leaving wonderful friends to meet new friends.   Barbara made it a point to stay in touch with all of their friend old and new.   If you were a friend of Barbara’s you were friends for life.   After Ken retired they traveled every couple years across the country to visit their Friends and Family.  She loved sending letters and Birthday and Christmas cards to everyone they had known over the years.   She had made it a priority to make sure she had her Christmas cards sent out to her dear friends before her passing.
