Arthur Henry Holland

Arthur Henry Holland, age 81, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, May 14, 2026, in Meridian, Idaho.

He was born on September 23, 1944, in Los Angeles, California, the son of Lester Collie Holland and Irma Jean Holland.

Arthur was married to the love of his life, Linda Lu Parks, for over 50 years. Together, they raised four children: Lisa Louise, Lester Collie, Leslie Ann, and Luke Arthur.

For over 40 years, Arthur owned his own floor-covering business named Art’s Custom Carpets. He provided well for his family and always prioritized family road trips, good times, and laughter.

Arthur’s gift for humor and his ability to see the sunny side of life impacted many people around him. He had a light-hearted and fun-loving spirit, as well as a deep and profound compassion for others.

Arthur is preceded in death by his wife, who went home to be with the Lord on December 13, 2024, at the age of 79. He is survived by his two sons, Lester and Luke, his daughter, Leslie, and nine grandchildren.

Thanks be to God for His saving grace upon Arthur, who is now in Heaven for all eternity. To those who remain on earth, he will be deeply missed. To those in Christ, we hold fast to the blessed promise that we shall all be together again (1Thessalonians 4:16-17).
