Angelia Mae Aeschbacher
March 7, 1970 – October 12, 2024
Angelia was born in Boise ID, on March 7, 1970, and passed in a car accident on October 12, 2024.
She was in the first graduating class of Centennial High School in 1988.
Ang, as she was affectionately known, moved to Salt Lake City for one year after graduation and then to Los Angeles, CA for 17 years. There she was a nanny for most of those years before moving back to Boise in 2007 where she continued her position of a Nanny/House Mgr. until her death. Though she never had children of her own, she considered her “nanny” kids her family, as they did her.
She loved spending time with her friends and anything outdoors. Winter wasn’t her favorite time of year except it meant snowmobiling in her younger years! She fell in love with camping (only in a trailer however) with Casey. The Oregon coast was a special place to her ever since she was a little girl, visiting Hawaii with her family and more recently traveling Europe with her bestie, Kellee Hackney. Those two had such great times in so many countries.
In 2016 she met the love of her life—Casey Keesey. Her life basically changed forever. She was never happier in her life. Along with Casey arriving in her life she became “bonus mom” to two little girls, Aryana and Aaroura, that she adored.
Family was extremely important to her. She adored her nephew, Blake, and her niece, Abbi. Then this Spring she got a niece-in-law, Mikell, when Blake got married. She couldn’t be prouder of her brother, Brett, and what he has accomplished with his life. And then, there’s Rani, Brett’s wife. She always wanted a sister and finally got one when Brett and Rani got married.
Friendship was one of the more important things that Angelia was passionate about. Her many, many friends were very important to her and she never hesitated to remind each of their importance in her life. Since her passing, we have found out how many friends she truly had.
Another thing she loved was animals of all kinds. She brought many dogs and cats home when she was young. She has been rehabbing baby squirrels for the last several years.
Ang believed in equality. She was always for the underdog, the less fortunate and downtrodden. She was always telling us not to “judge a book by it’s cover”.
She is survived by her Dad, Harvey, and Mom, Diane, brother Brett and his wife, Rani, nephew Blake and his wife Mikell, and her niece, Abbi, all of Meridian, her partner Casey Keesey and his girls Aryana and Aaroura. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
She is predeceased by grandparents George & Edna Tinsley, Florence Tinsley, Dean and Christine Aeschbacher, her uncles Chuck Aeschbacher and Rick Stevens, her Aunt Kathy Richey and cousin Shaun Woods.
