Sharel Dene Kerr
Sharel Dene Kerr, 64, died Saturday March 3rd at St Luke's Hospital with health complications.
Sharel was born July 31st, 1953 in Rupert Idaho. She was one of four daughters born to Jerry and Melba Ambrose. She grew up in the Burley and Rupert Idaho area. After graduating high school she went on to become a licensed practical nurse and worked in that field for most of her adult life. She finished her career working underneath Dr Robert Klump who was in OBGYN. During the course of her years she gave birth to two children; Tara her oldest and Jerrad her youngest. In 1981 she moved to the Boise area. And in 1987 she met her 4th husband John Kerr. They were married for almost 31 years. John passed away from cancer in January who was her biggest supporter because she had health complications throughout these last few years of life. She is survived by two children, Tara and Jerrad and 8 grandchildren, Briana, Tanisha, Austin, Daniel, Zoe, Adela, Uriah and Zechariah. All of them will dearly miss their mother and grandmother.
She was preceded in death by both her parents and her three sisters.
Sharel enjoyed playing sports and was on a softball league in the Boise area where one year she earned an MVP. She also loved to Garden at her home on North 30th Street she had such a beautiful garden. She enjoyed many other things throughout her life, such as pottery, bird watching, spending time with family and watching cooking shows on TV.
A celebration of life memorial service will be held at 1 p.m., on Saturday, March 10, 2018 at Valley Life Community Church, 6325 North Locust Grove, Meridian, Idaho 83646
