Eben Ray Levin was born October 26, 1943 in Sacramento, California to Elmo and Flora Marie Levin. He enjoyed his childhood in California going to school and graduating from Norte Del Rio High School in 1961. Soon after graduation he served a LDS mission in the Great Lakes Area. Returning to marry his valentines sweetheart Sheila May on June 29, 1966. As a married couple they traveled to Germany where Eben served his country two years in the armed forces. He liked to tell stories of living there with Sheila. After returning to the states they started their family and moved to Idaho where they raised five children. His home was full of fun and love. He worked at Albertsons Sundries Center for a number of years providing for his family. After retirement he had a little time to enjoy a number of hobbies such as baseball, art, and reading. He loved to serve his church and soon took on a second mission to the Philippines. This time he served alongside his wife. They loved the people there and brought home lots of stories. Eben will be greatly missed. He is survived by his wife Sheila, his five children, eight grandchildren, and one great grandson.
He will be remembered for his smile, his sense of humor, and his love for god and his family.
